The King of Pop has dropped

Michael Jackson, the King of Pop, has died due to cardiac arrest. You know it's a big deal when Empty V (MTV) actually plays music videos again, albeit those of his songs.

In addition, Charlie's Angels star Farrah Fawcett ALSO died yesterday, due to losing her battle with anal cancer.

This, in addition to Ed McMahon earlier in the week, and David Carradine earlier in the month, add up to June 2009 being simply dreadful.

This day, June 25, the one day of the year farthest from both Christmases, can now be seen as the low point of the year.
